ABSTRACT SUBMISSION NOW CLOSED
Extended abstracts: Final publication will be in the form of extended abstracts which will be up to three pages in total and which can include figures and tables.
Deadline: Following multiple requests, there is a very short extension period to Wednesday 15 January 2020.
Reviewing: All abstracts will be reviewed by at least two members of the SPPL2020 scientific committee.
Formatting: Abstracts should be written in English and should be no longer than two pages of A4-format. Abstracts should be single-spaced and in Calibri 11pt font. A single-column format should be used with 2.54 cm margins top/bottom and left/right. Do not include page numbers. References, figures and/or tables can be added on an additional (third) page. Please include author names and affiliations under the abstract title.
Final version post-acceptance: Authors will be requested to submit a final version of the extended abstract after acceptance and will need to follow more detailed formatting guidelines circulated after acceptance.
